Black Bear Diner is proud to be an active and caring member of our local community. Interested in hosting a "Bear Night" Fundraiser? Here's what you need to know to get started:

Any civic organization or non-profit group can be a part of our fundraising program.

The fundraiser offers civic organizations or non-profit groups the opportunity to solicit their members to visit Black Bear Diner during a specific time period. When the customer dines at Black Bear Diner, they present the coupon given to them by the sponsoring agency. In turn, Black Bear Diner will donate 25% of the check total per coupon redeemed to the sponsoring organization.

The coupon is valid for ?DINE-IN? patrons only, provided the person making the purchase presents a fundraiser coupon.

To book a fundraiser?

1. The group leader will talk with a senior manager at least one month prior to the event and complete a Community Fundraiser contract.

2. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SPONSORING AGENCY TO ADVERTISE AND PROMOTE ITS FUNDRAISER.

3. A check will be issued from the corporate office within 2-3 weeks of the end date of fundraiser.
